Sidney the Staffie cross needs a new forever home!

Meet Sidney…

Sidney needs a new forever home or a rescue in England that can provide backup for him. He’s currently in rescue in Ireland but is sadly not having any luck finding a new home.

(The situation for homeless dogs in Ireland is even tougher than the UK – “Ireland has five times more stray dogs than the UK. The chances of a dog becoming a stray and ending up destroyed is 20 times greater for a dog in Ireland than it is for a dog in the UK. There is an overpopulation crises and the ongoing annual destruction of 25,000 – 30,000 dogs in Irish pounds is a result of this crisis.ISPCA website – link)

About Sidney…

“Sidney is about 2 years old and is full of fun! He has staffy behaviour traits which makes him a very energetic boy. He loves to run with greyhounds and has been kennelled with hounds whilst in our care. Sidney is great with children but is not cat friendly. He walks well on the lead and is good in the car. Sidders would benefit from an outgoing and sociable family.”
